Our commitment

At Triggoji, we’re committed to creating high-quality, plug-and-play automation templates that just work. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the value of every product we sell.


Eligibility for refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds unless all the following conditions are met:

  1. The template does not function as described
  2. You have contacted our support team within 7 days of purchase
  3. Our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time

If these conditions are met, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.


When refunds are not available

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You purchased the wrong template by mistake
  • You are unable or unwilling to set up the required tools (e.g., n8n)
  • You did not follow the documentation provided
  • You are expecting full setup services (those are offered separately)

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@triggoji.com with:

  • Your order ID or payment receipt
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Any screenshots or error logs (if applicable)

We aim to respond to refund requests within 2–3 business days.


Chargebacks and disputes

We ask that you contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. In most cases, we’re happy to help resolve the issue directly.


Template updates and changes

If your purchased template no longer works due to a platform API change (e.g., from Google or Meta), we will attempt to update the template. If it’s no longer supported, we may offer an alternative or partial refund at our discretion.
